About Me

Hi, I’m Sheree, a Learning Experience Designer with more than 20 years of experience creating engaging, learner-centered training solutions across education, government, and corporate environments. I specialize in transforming complex information into meaningful learning experiences that improve performance, build confidence, and drive results.

I hold a Master's degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) and am a Certified Instructional Designer (Peck Academy). I have spent my career helping learners succeed through instructional design, eLearning development, facilitation, coaching, and performance support. From classroom teaching to corporate learning, I have always been passionate about making learning clear, engaging, and practical. Today, I partner with organizations and subject matter experts to design impactful training experiences that bridge skill gaps and support business goals.

...a little more about me

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and three dogs: Jax, Cooper, and Dixie. I believe life's best moments are often the simple ones: relaxing on the boat, catching up with loved ones, attending local festivals, or sharing a good laugh.

As a lifelong learner, I enjoy reading, tackling puzzles, exploring new technologies, and discovering creative ways to solve problems. My curiosity fuels both my professional and personal life, and I am always looking for opportunities to learn something new.

Whether I’m designing a learning experience, tending to my garden, taking a walk, or enjoying a great comedy, I bring the same energy and enthusiasm to everything I do- a genuine desire to connect with people, keep learning engaging, and make a positive impact!

Recently I was recognized for my work in Devlin Peck’s Showcase- Student Spotlight. You can check it out here:
